Wet and wild car show - 6/23/07 feat. KT So

The first annual wet and wild car show goes down on Saturday June 23rd at Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park. Check out over 150 of Hawaii's Hottest Cars, imports and domestics. There will be a rare Hawaii appearance by Miss Joanna Aimee and Miss KT So

qUICK QUESTION, HOW CAN YOU PROVE HOTTEST PERFORMANCE (oops, sorry about caps lock) best in show catagory at a car show? Do they measure it by what the car looks like?
"Well it looks like the the fastest car, since it got 2 bottles of NAZZ yO!"

I'm confused.

i think they determine by what kinda mods uve done to the engine etc.

The biggest turbo you can cram in the car... w/o any useful powerband.
