I get oil shipped here from Amazon all the time. Some sellers ship, some don't. Just try a different seller. The ATE Blue, AFAIK, is gone. Something about the blue dye not being DOT approved or something equally stupid. But you can get the same fluid, just not blue, from raceshopper.
