What's up guys... I was wondering how much do u guys pay for registration on the island for a Subaru ? TIA

Last I paid was $271, but then again our safety checks are a pain to pass if your car be looking out of this world.

with non res form it's $20.50 (military), other then that they go by weight of vehicle.. I was paying 300-500+ when I was in CA for a SilveradoSS, I was using my moms address on maui to get away with modded vehicle laws there. it's gone up since

yeah, Here in CA they

I never paid that much. when I was there from 09 -12, I used the non res form for my wife van, after smog and reg it came out to $50-60ish. Always had my truck registered in Hawaii. they went as far as looking at my truck and said "sorry bro, I see the exhaust manifold has been altered." I paid, guy came out and asked for the keys, looked at my truck, told me to pop the hood. total time was like 15 min from the time I paid to the time I left.

I though bluebook was only for tax purposes when you buy a used car n cali?
