PDX Hawaii Tune
#21
Ive never been tuned before. I know they tune in a 3rd gear pull from 2,000rpm to redline. My question is do they tune for partial driveability for everyday driving? Not too sure how this works. Sorry for the noob question.

Jarrad also does 4th gear pulls. At the tune tell Jarrad what you desire. Whether its for daily driving, moderate, aggressive, or hell w/ my block, race (gas), auto-cross, and so on. He'll do his best to meet your needs. You can also e-mail your questions to Jarrad directly on pdxtuning.com

Still waiting on a safetune from Jarrad, he said I was in the queue, whatever that means... I guess he is saying he has me on his to do list and will be getting to me asap. Maybe everyone who is going could post what they plan to bring for the potluck so we all dont bring kalua pig and rice lol. Im thinking Ima bring a sweet treat like pumpkin crunch, cookies or something like that.

well, got the tune, but for some reason when I reflash to load his tune, the cobb says comm error. I tried with the green connectors connected, without them connected. With the blue initian mode connector plugged in without it, and every possible combination. So, it looks like Ima be out
$420 if Jarrad cant figure it out. If it doesnt work, I have 2 options. Buy a standalone ecu, or sell the car. if anyone has a stand alone they would lend me for a bit, thatd be great. And by lend I mean, eventually sell to me on a payment plan.
