Also, of equal importance is to exercise your right to vote. Since we scheduled this RallyCross on the Primary Election Saturday. Here is a link to Absentee Voting and Registration. Elections Home Page, Office of Elections, State of Hawaii

Deadlines are 8-2-14 for the Primary and 10-28-14 for the General Elections. We will also allow you to leave early or arrive late in order to get your voting done.

Hello SCCA Hawaii Rallyists,

You have three more days to use online registration for Saturday's, 8-9-14, RallyCross at Kalaeloa Raceway Park. We know about the looming storm and will make a decision Friday afternoon/night on whether we will re-schedule or not, but typically, we RallyCross in rainy conditions.

I spoke with JN folks again and they may use their co-drive certificates at this upcoming event. So we will plan for them again.

Also, we will be awarding the NER Joint Event travel monies on Saturday. Those traveling will get a bit of this past season's proceeds as well as rewarded if they offered co-drives.

Finally, Mike Kitchens, in his capacity as the Street Pulse Cars photographer and writer is looking for exciting "race cars", etc. for his upcoming articles. He is scheduling Bill Wong's Lotus and I was thinking Davin's Evo, Elayne's S2k, Jack's RallyCross WRX, Bill's Rally Tiburon, etc. would be great feature cars. If you are interested or know of other's let me know or contact Mike Kitchen's directly.

So let's finish the 4th SCCA Hawaii RallyCross Season fast and strong! We start planning for our 5th Season soon as well!

Hello I-Club Hawaii Rallyists,

Due to conditions at the track and the approach of two large and dangerous storm systems we regret to announce the cancellation of this upcoming Saturday's, 8-9-14 RallyCross. We can provide full refunds or credit entry fees toward our next event. We hope this will help keep everyone safe and sound during the stormy conditions.

We will continue to work toward additional venues and look forward to future RallyCrosses with the excellent people of our SCCA Hawaii Ohana. We will contact the NER Joint Event participants and award their travel monies after the storms have passed.
