sorry i havnt responded sooner, I just got a JDM BPV for wrx sti's up to 06 (they are metal instead of plastic 07+) for 45$ on nasioc yesterday. It comes in monday. After seach online I found out the JDM BPV holds up to and maybe more 25lb of boost while the USDM isnt rated as high.
I will sell my HKS BOV once I have it off and my BPV is installed.

did the JDM bypass valve come with the recirc neck? I'm assuming that is what you are looking to do...go back to 100% recirc. If not...it's a bugger to try and find that piece sometimes...
