Talking Cummon Guys n Gals

I am sure everyone should know that any aftermarket modification that is not specifically manufactured or approved by the automaker voids the warranty. Just read the fine print in your warranty. The best thing to do is enjoy the car for a little while to work out any manufacture defects and upgrade away.

just my 2 cents.

recall for what?

I think even for a recall, all that warranty crap flies out the window. A recall is a manufactures defect, that they have to fix for free.

I could be wrong though.

you dont have to. You can leave them on, get your recall done, and pray that nothing breaks after that!

IIRC

A recall is a recall. Subaru made a mistake, and now their taking action to fix it.

Regardless of your mods, it's "their" mistake to fix, not yours.

Theoretically it "makes sense" but you never know.

So take it in with everything on it? Take the risk?

Yes it's there mistake but couldn't they easily jot down everything on my car and say your warranty just ran out?
