Hey guys, Trying to get better at this. Looked for other threads but couldn't find anything on this conundrum. I'm having issues with my Rex whenever I am getting on the gas pedal. The acceleration fluctuates drastically, my boost rises then drops, rises then drops. Sometimes is so bad the whole car shakes when I let off the gas. I feel like this can't be normal. I appreciate all the information given. thank you 2007 wrx Invidia dp and cbe Cobb short ram Cobb stage 2

It's my daily driver. Haven't installed anything lately, I've had stage 2 for around two years now. No code, but I haven't pushed it further to cause anything.

As stated check your lines first make sure no cracks etc ,Also Do you have the stock ebcs? If so try to borrow one from a friend or get used one pretty cheap about $20 and try that the stock ebcs really sucks i went with a hallman pro mbc and it has been great

How old is your battery? I know this sounds weird, but I had a similar issue, swapped OE BCS's(no help), then swapped out my old battery and the problem cleared. Found the tip somewhere on the Forester Forum.

Yea I still have the stock one. I'm going to try the ebcs and see if it fixes it.

My battery isn't old but I could swap it and see if that works

I had some rough acceleration issues a while back, the car would seem to shudder when stepping on the gas in some situations. Wasn't any problem in particular, Streamline fixed it by tuning the car. Do you have a custom tune for all your mods? Maybe the tune needs re-tweaking.

I've been meaning to give them a call and set up a tune.

You should do that then! I thought the Cobb Stage 1 map would be good enough, but nope, it needed a custom tune even though the mods matched the specs for Stage 1 map and the intake was Cobb as well. Each car has its own unique characteristics, I guess.
