Engine/Power - non turbo (All non turbo Imprezas) Who needs a turbo when you have 2500cc? Cams, intakes, exhausts, etc. The 2.2L and 1.8L Subies are cool too.

Question Carbon build up on valves... question

Since I have a fair amount of time I wanted to know how should I go about this..

The intake valves have a fair amount of carbon on them.. should I lap them?? But my biggest question for that is if I lap the valve on the valve seat will that have a big change on the shim?

I'm not sure how you would go about cleaning the carbon off the valve.
