Exclamation overheating help!!! expert advice please

hey guys i need some help here, ok first the mods, i have a blitz induction box, helix catted downpipe, stromung catback, hallman boost controller, access port and road tuned by the mighty ed@eqtuning. the other day i was driving not to hard, but when i got home i noticed my coolant temp was around 230, and i shut it down and check the coolant and it seemed a bit low, also the coolant reservoir was full to the top and there was some brown sticky sludge plastered in the inside of the bottle. i thought i may have blown something, so i checked the oil and there was no smoke out of the oil reservoir, and also this stuff is not oil,but anyways, i cleaned the bottle and added some water and coolant and the car was ok, the level was perfect on the coolant reservoir. next i ran the car for like two days and it was ok, then today i noticed the car temp went up a bit then back down and now the coolant bottle is full again? the car runs like a champ nothing coming out the exhaust either, not buring excess oil either, or oil and coolant mix, none of that. so what do any of you think it maybe? it doesnt seem like the radiator is plugged but i need some expert advice here.

Miles on motor?
What type of coolant and when was it changed last?
Is the temp normal on the fwy but climbs when you come to a stop?
I you want expert advice, be willing to pay.

Yeah I had lots of experience with a cooling system and trying to fix it myself. Basic symptoms of thermostat and or air in your system. Are you getting hot air from your heater?

Replace the thermostat and burp the system. If the problem still persists, you have a blown head gasket.
