everything was done at EQ. I wouldn't say he didn't have a clue. I'm getting a tune on Thursday with the new knock sensor. If there still a problem then ill consider a new tuner. Ill let yall know what happends.

Thank you guys for your info

Just for the record, the car isn't necessarily making less power than it was. The customer also changed wheels/tires from stock to much larger. The heavier wheel/tire combo will make the dyno read less wheel hp with the same engine hp because of the increased rotating mass.

Either way, the car is and has been somewhat knock prone and won't take any combination of timing/boost/fuel. I would say its about 10-15whp lower than it should be for the setup and so far we haven't been able to figure out why.

The engine checks out well, no leaks are present, and its running good quality components. The only thing I can think of at this point is maybe a bad injector, but that is not very common with ID injectors.

As always, I welcome any constructive suggestions.

Thanks

Nice. Always a good feeling when the issue gets resolved. (relatively easily as well). Let us know what the new numbers are. I'm curious.
