They're timers,
both have additional bells and whistles, but are still timers. Their primary use is to let your turbo/valvetrain cool off. Both are capable of that. Beyond that, what do you need?

APEX-I is SMALL...i have one and it is pretty nice...Air fuel ratio, and some other stuff like battery charge....

I have the apexi tt and it works really well. I have it mounted next to the cupholder and it looks really clean.

They're basically the same, I think it comes down to what brand you would like to have.
