Could bad gas throw a p0519 (IACV) CEL

Question in the title.

Car has sat for a year. I've replaced the tgv's and exhaust manifold so there's a small chance there's a vacuum leak somewhere. I just cleaned the iacv and replaced the gasket too with no luck. Connections look clean as well.

My plan was to not hit boost until the gas was gone, but now I'm thinking of draining and replacing it.

Thanks for reading.

Well, I replaced the gas today and checked for vacuum leaks. It ran maybe 2 minutes longer before giving me the code again.

Suspecting it's still dirty, so I'll be doing a really thorough job tomorrow. I guess I'll also try cleaning the MAF too while I'm at it. Any other suggestions?

Still having issues after cleaning MAF and the IACV. Gonna try taking it apart, but it has two 5 star bolts that I can't get out.

Still open to suggestions; I doubt anyone in the area has a spare I can test.

Thanks

So it was stuck? The same thing happened on my 03 wrx like 10 years ago and replaced the IAC valve and worked fine after that. Mine was under warranty but I think I saw them on amazon or something for like $40 bucks.
