Is Greddy Profec E-01 boost controller still used?
Hi i-Club,
A friend sold his 03 WRX around 4-5 yrs ago but recently gave me his Greddy Profec E-01 boost controller and some other misc Subie parts. It's all complete (cross checked with manual), just used for around 10-15k miles.
I am running Stage2 Cobb AP V1.
I am 100% sure I will never use this BC..thus trying to sell it.
Question...do people still use the E-01? Or is it really outdated? I've heard it was a good BC back in the days. I've heard the word "open source" used which the E-01 is not (?) Again, this is beyond what I need to know. I'm not into tuning my WRX myself.
Anybody have an idea of value? retail was $400+ from what I managed to scrape up.
Thanks!

I've had this boost controller back in my 240 SR days and it was a really good boost controller for its time with great features. Having a screen is great and provides graphs but it also attracts thieves (mine was broken into). I would not run this in a suby unless your goals are crazy enough to require it.
