Spongy Exedy Clutch

Hey I need help, I just installed a new Exedy Organic Clutch and Flywheel + sti clutch line. Now the clutch feels like an EVO clutch! q(>.<)p ...well actually it feels almost spongy like with little springback. It grips well but compared with the stock clutch its way too soft- so the pedal feel is hard to get. I had thought an upgraded clutch should feedback with more pressure no? Another problem is that my shifter is now flimsy unlike the stock that springs back into place. Im getting the idea that the lines need to be bled. What do u guys think?
