fluttering noise in neutral

when coming up to a stop sign I like to put my car in neutral and as I'm rolling I can hear a fluttering noise that is quite low in volume. I only hear the noise while rolling in neutral and while pushing my clutch in to shift. As soon as my clutch grabs a gear the flutter disappears. I think it may be my throw out bearing. any ideas? thanks
