08 wrx throw out bearing noise

guys,

my gf had her 08 wrx for only a month now. has 70k on it. noticed yesterday her throw our bearing is making a whine when you press the clutch in. i read this is kind of common. my questions is how do you remove the bearing?
i know on my STI tranny their is a rod that does between the fork. but these 08 wrx do not have this.
any have some photos or how to take it off? ill just be replacing the bearing itself. anything thing will help.

thank you guys.

guys. so last weekend i got a new throw out bearing from rallysport.
when i separated the trans from the motor you and released the pressure on the bearing all the ball bearing fell out and my the bearing came apart. good thing i changed it a few days after the noise started. installed a new throw out bearing greased all the input shaft and fork arms. re-installed the trans and BOOM!!!!!!!!!!!! noise all gone and it works great now. so if any of your guys with an 08+ has this issue change your bearing if you catch it early enough.

congrats bro! glad its back on the road. ya, those throwout bearings can be disastrous! especially if not addressed soon enough. my TO was making a solid grinding noise/hum when released off clutch pedal. bought a new clutch and planned to R+R in 2 days. The damn bearing left me stranded in the middle of el camino and san antonio....RIGHT IN ONE OF THOSE CRACKS! (locals know what im talking about). anyways, i seperated my tranny and engine and metals parts of all shapes and sizes fell out. clutch fingers were gone and bearing destroyed. definately agree this is one of those things you gotta fix asap!

to better illustrate what OP is trying to help avoid:
