Audio Culture's first post may have been a little misleading to Silver Arrow, it was to me too. No big deal
You have to understand, we get a lot of questions about swaps from people who have no idea what they're doing, and then sometimes they're pros at it, it's hard to tell. It was just a slight misunderstanding
For an exhaust, any straight through design with a decent diameter should be good.
BOV will depend on your HP and setup. Based on the sensor the ECU sends the correct amount of fuel to the engine, and if you have 100% atmospheric the ECU thinks more air is getting into the engine than actually is. Also, people stick with the stock bypass valve until they reach 300+ HP generally.
Good luck! Keep us updated.

Thanks
RU-X and Arwin,
Thank you very much for trying to keep this thread managed. The last thing I want to do is create a bunch of BS on this thread. Thanks for keeping it real, and helping a guy who is new to the Subaru world. We are moving right along with this project and hope to have all of the wrinkles ironed out within several weeks. Again, Thank You to all who have been so very helpful.

dood, if you have this thing running by the time the Bay Area Mt. Hamilton meet happens, you should so drive up and show off your ride! That would be awesome!
Good luck man, if I go back to defcon this year I will look you up cause I gotta see this car!

Man...
I totally forgot to post my pics for you guys!
Here she is.
Just put a brand new 2.5 shotblock in it as I blew the headgaskets on my 2.0 and figured... what the heck, it is only money!

1890 lbs with full tank of gas and driver.
6 inches of auger (turbo twist) style muffler - zero cats anywhere, the entire exhaust system is less than 5 total feet from the manifold to the exhaust tip.
Relocated the turbo and modded the intercooler's mount
Crawford Performance ECU tuned at Crawford in Carlsbad CA.
ZERO body roll, this is as close to a shifter kart as they come.

More pics
Here are a few...
The intercooler mounts in the upper right of the engine bay.
The transaxle is part of the engine mount. You can see the cradle that holds the now new EJ25.

This car has a total expense of just over $50k. The $150K car is a 911 that has left our old shop and now the owner has over $600k in. He has a serious problem...
You can however get into one of these 914's with all of the conversion parts for right around $10k but you will need wrenching skills. Remember... These cars were built by drunk germans in the Karman factory. If they can build em' so can you....
If Karman sounds familiar to the VW crowd, it shoud. The 914 was the replacement to the Karman Ghia which was VW's 2 seat roadster. I have never built a car in my life and I do not have the wrenching skills so I hired my work out. However I was there helping along the way and if you have "skills" this should be a no brainer of a project.
The end product hauls booty corners like a slot car and getts plent of attention all the while getting way over 25 mpg.
