Hey Everyone, I tried looking around on the site for local shops, but didn't see anything. I just got new strut mounts, koni shocks/inserts, and h&r springs for my 09 Impreza. It would seem that about $400 (incl. alignment) is the average rate around Modesto.

Do any of you know anyone around here who is quality and cheaper than that, or is $400 w/ the alignment a decent rate?

As far as I found, most shops wont touch koni yellow inserts. It leaves them liable for cutting your stock struts right which takes a decent amount of measuring. Plus most shops will try to sell you a coilover setup since its so much easier to install...

My .02? Go koni yellows. I had coilovers (bc br) huge disappointment. Now running koni yellows with eibach springs, could not be happier.

If you want help with the install and are willing to travel to san jose, hit me up. I have done 3 sets of koni yellows with no issues.
