Like the thread title says, I am thinking of selling my 2002 WRX.
I am the second owner of the car and have only put about 15k miles on it. The car has almost 66k miles on it at the moment, and they are all highway miles. The guy who had it before me traveled between MA and NYC for work, and I live about 20 minutes away from where I work which is all highway. I do very little driving otherwise.
All oil changes have been done by myself using Mobil 1 synthetic oil. I use OEM Subaru filters from the dealer as well.
The only mods on the car are Tokico HTS adjustable dampers with v8 Spec C springs on them. I still have the stock struts/springs with 60k on them, but they are pretty shot, which was my reason for putting the Tokico ones on. The drop on the car is... well there is no drop, but the car handles a lot better now. Looks stock height. Stock parts will be included if you want them.
I also have the Perrin IC hoses on, plus I still have the stock ones sitting in my room. I did the snorkus delete and still have that as well.
Cosmetic wise, I have the STi grill (with "I" badge), scoop, and wing on the car.
Wheel wise I have a set of summer tires and winter tires. Winter tires are Michelin Artic-Apline's mounted on the stock rims and I have Azenis 225/45/17 RT-215 summer tires mounted on Buddyclub P1 Hypergolds. Summer tires have about 65% tread left, winter tires have about 80% tread left. Both sets of tires/rims will be sold with the car.
Body wise it's in good shape. I only had one ding that I had the PDR guys at the Wicked Big Meet pop out. Other than that, obviously the paint on the front of the car is a victim of rock chips and being Subaru paint. And for some reason on the inside of the gas cap there are a couple small dots of rust on the cover? Other than those small dots of rust, the car is rust free. The undercarriage is very clean as well.
Interior is clean. I'm not a smoker and I cleaned my car weekly inside and out. Backseats I think only one person has sat in them since I've had the car.
Car has the Subaru premium sound system, auto dimming mirror, factory short shifter, STi titanium shift ****, STi 5-spd shift sticker thing (lol), and factory boost guage and all were installed by Subaru dealership as they came with the car.
I'm not looking to make profit or anything selling the car, I love it and I'll miss it, but with gas prices rising, and my job not giving me a raise my finances have been getting a little tight. Just looking to sell the car for what I have left on the loan which is $13.5k.
Sorry for the crappy pic, it's the only one I have at the moment. If there is any interest I'll take more pictures and upload them.
You can shoot me an email as well if you want. Email address is my user name here @gmail.com.
I know I don't post here often, but you can check my profile at NASIOC if you want. I just think I'll have better luck here selling the car than on NASIOC.
