I didn't mind the parks grills, once we got going we were flying. Service of over 100 in under 15 minutes is amazing. Next year I'm bringing stuff to better clean and lube up the grills and a couple more spatulas like the one i brought.

+1. if im back on grill next year, i know what to bring. brought a lot of skewers for whatever reason but didnt need them. next time i bring lots of spatulas, thicker gloves, and some unce unce unce LOL! some may know that im swapping my bugeye front end for a hawkeye. been thinking about making a grill out of the bugeye front end parts and find a way to get it to a park that will allow it. i think thatd be cool! a subie BBQ with a BBQ subie! lol

let's do it!
i got a lot of ideas already! would keep scoop on hood and make a valve to allow airflow through scoop and close it to keep it hot under there. probably span the entire length (fender to fender). i want to keep at least hubs and wheels funtional, for ease of moving around and transport. headlights would slide out and tools can be stored. gotta make an oil galley and drain. also a lot of heat dispersion and propane tank location.

Damnit! now im super stoked to do this!! LOL
