Will a 265/35/18 tire be a proper fitment on a 18x10 rim?

I'm running a wide rim and want to run a "non stretched" tire. I'm in coilovers rolled and pulled fenders. I can always lift the car up to not rub.. But want to know if a 265/35/18 will be okay in fitment? How wide can I go on a 18x10 rim btw..

18x10 on a GD is going to be tough to fit with a proper sized tire. It can be done but needs a MASSIVE pull. 265/35 would be fine on the 18x10. 275/35 is going to be better.

What offset are your wheels?

I have 18 x 10 +38 wheels and am running 275/35/18 toyo R888 but just like apetron said you will need a massive pull.

Thats sexy^

They hit the needle on the head, 265 for 18x9.5 and 275 for 18x10

+30 with a 265/275 on stock body GD is going to be tough without a bunch of work. Some camber, and a massive pull and you could do it.

Also depends on how low you are going to be.

2 finger gap should be plenty of room. What spring rates/ coilovers you running?

I'd go 285/30/18 so that the diameter is small as possible at 24.8"

I bet it can be done but will take some work. Fender rolling, Karlton flares etc

I was probably the first guy to run 265/35/18s on my 04 STI way back in 05 on 18X9's with a roll/pull. awesome size/diameter if you can make them work. for me it was awesome because I was doing a lot of work for Sonnen Porsche at the time and those were the OE size for 996 and some 997 rear tires so whenever they would do a tire job I'd just grab the half good used tires (Porsche owners usually change tires way before they wear down to the wear bars)

Dont think i paid for as single tire in 4 years. you should hit up your local porsche dealer, they pay to dispose those so they are usually happy to give them away

285 is no issue if you have Karlton flares. I am running 295s on a 10.5" wheel with tons of room to spare.

He is stock body GD and a 285 will not fit without a lot of work.

You're not going to be able to use those. You're going to need higher spring rates than what's offered by off-the-shelf Megans.
