If you're looking for a Forester... keep an eye out for this one. It's got a few things wrong with it that the seller clearly isn't willing to disclose or lower the price for.
I asked GST to do a pre-inspection on the car.
Due to the leakdown numbers and the worn out AGX struts (7yrs old and bouncy) I asked the seller for a better price, but he denied me and said he would only take a few hundred off the price. Here is the CList ad and test results:

I have been casually looking. I like that one but doesn't that price seem high for the miles and such? I am not sure - just asking.

Yes, it's a lot of miles for a big turbo engine and the test results indicate the engine may not last too long. I don't recommend it.
That one you listed above also scares me:
"Forester burns about a quart to a quart and a half every 4,000ish miles."
I bet if you did a compression and leakdown test it would not be good.
Not to mention its the same $10.5k price for a stock car without any of the upgrades that make the one I posted SOMEWHAT worth that price.
