Where is the best body/paint guys around?
Howdy guys and gals,
I'm wondering if there are any GOOD body shops in the area that are both good at paint and body work. I am trying to avoid any halfazz places that kinda do well on some cars and well on others. I'm hoping these kinds of places exist.... Let me know please!!!! I needed some stuff "repaired" and painted (color matched) for my car.

They do all the work for the Cadillac dealership I work at. They do really good work. Its in San Jose

Yeah, I do need some stuff painted.... Nothing happened to my car (yet), but I needed my hood, scoop, side skirts, lip. and grill painted to match my car. The lip and the grill came painted, but for some reason, the US factory white doesnt match the STi white. The shades are a tad different. I dunno, I just needed them done so I can start getting me car together finally. I guess it would also be a test run to see how good some people are, so i can find someone to do my Apache.

Sweet.....hook it up!!! Ya thats one of the down falls of haveing a part painted seperate from the car....a lot of things could change that. (color)

Hey Freddie,
To be honest with you, I noticed a big difference, but I cant really say it was all the headers. I put on the manifold, up pipe, down pipe, and exhaust all at once. After I did, I could swear that my car was faster than one with a Vishnu stage 0/1 (for comparison). Once I get my car running again, you can take it for a test drive and let me know what you think then. I have a stock turbo and all that, and it's almost as fast as yours is when you took me for a ride last time (not fully tuned I think it was). I'm sure now you'll definately kick my ***...

Thanks for the info. I have been to PIoPro before, Richard seems to leave alot of drip marks/runs in the paint. His work comes out really nice sometimes, usually with Insurance work only though...
I've never heard of the other place, maybe I'll give them a shot. Do you happen to have the number?

It feels slow...I want more!!
I know what you mean...I bought all that stuff from you guys before I had my car...So, now when people ask if I feel a difference....I tell them I don't know cause I never really drove it stock!

Try Auto Enterprise in San Carlos
Some A$$ ran into my fender on my Rex while back and they did a perfect job on that. Later on I also brought my wife's Xterra to them. Same good quality that no one can tell the SUV was ever been keyed before. As for Bob and tell him that Wilson from AT&T refer u over.
