Hmmm... ep2 was ok. Just not as good as the first. ep1 was better paced with a more focused storyline. ep2 felt like "one in the series" which it was.
Still a good show.
BTW.. so does his partner and wife think that he's dead?
Oh... and if zombies are smart enough to use tools like a rock to smash open the window, how much longer is that dad and his son back in the town (ep1) gonna last when the zombies over there figure out how to use blunt objects?

As a pretty big zombie fan, I'm pretty disappointed in this. There's a lot of the parts to the plot so far that made me kind of want to rip my hair out in frustration.
For being a trained LEO, he makes entirely too many mistakes. He walks past dozens of vehicles, none which he tries to siphon gas from, and instead walks to a gas station and then tries to go in house? He walked right up to the front door of a house and looked right in the window without scoping out the outside first. He also walks around most of the time without a freaking weapon in hand!
He yells all the time and is super loud in general. He's used a revolver and got out a shotgun and a bolt action rifle, not one of them was semi automatic until he got to the tank. He should have left the city once he saw the wreckage and the 4-5 zombies around the bus.
