Looking forward to getting all the parts in for your WRX. You are going to have a very strong car once all the work and tuning is done.

Yeah, you gotta start somewhere right? Next, I plan to create some kind of world dominating robot with the catted uppipes that nobody wants.

Failing that, does anyone want a catted uppipe?

Nobody?

Slow day at AutoHQ:

Sent the S2K head to machine shop.

Adjust internal wastegate actuator, repair exhaust leak from uppipe EGT sensor, check and repair mistakes in turbo installation, bleed brakes, and road test for a 03 WRX.

Minor service on a 05 STI.

Cleaning up the shop and inventory our parts (soon to be sold on Ebay).

That's all folks

Our pleasure MrPrimus. Thank you for coming by and it was nice to meet you. Let me know when you are ready for us to get you the engine and tranny mounts. Hope to see you soon, maybe at BAIC meet Aug 3rd?

Thank you very much. Glad Kevin helped you diagnose the issues.

Brandon

Today at AutoHQ:

Met MrPrimus and diagnosed his 08 WRX.

Clean up and general improvements at the shop, including fun with webcams (coming soon to an AutoHQ website near you).

Got back the S2K head and started putting the car back together (but still waiting for parts from Honda to finish). Put the head on, cams back, and performed valve adjustment.

Sam finished inventorying our parts and decided that we would offer the following OEM parts free to any customer interested:

4 catted uppipes
4 catless uppipes
8 turbo heatshields

Until tomorrow.

Brandon

Today at AHQ -- 7-19-08

04 WRX in need of love, 60K + Denso Iridium spark plugs + downpipe install.
Less than best downpipe = big gap
No tranny or differential fluid changes ever = shinny silver metal on your plug
Wrongly installed air filter = dirty MAF sensor
Customer requested (and we were happy to give him) 10W-40/30 oil.

In other news, happy customer came to buy some Neo 20W-50.

Minor service + spark plugs on a 350Z.

Minor service on Lexus IS300.

Out of state WRX dropped off for us to diagnose problems/damages after major dealership service.

2.5 RS dropped off to begin conversion to STI drivetrain, one that we hope will get a touch of Tomei power.

Kevin admired his gf's new Smart car, and started right away to mess with the engine!

Some girls watched movies in the lounge, but I didn't take their pictures. Sorry.
