Tax Professionals?

I e filed myself one year and got a good return back.....
The next year with no change in income or my w4 I owed over 1000. Used the same method...efiled online....
Now I take my stuff to my tax guy and he gets it done in 10 mins and 3 days later I have a nice lump in my bank.
Most ive ever gotten back was from this guy.
Plus im kinda hesitant to go again when I **** something up once

The guy I use is really good, but is a nightmare with communication....especially during tax season. As of now it's just the joint filing combined with the business which is kind of complicated. Next year is going to be a little crazier (capital gains tax, new house, etc...). I never thought I'd have to deal with the capital gains tax on any real level, but I guess that's good thing....
