Thumbs up Some LONG overdue BAM 9 video clips! Lots of clips, 56k DIAF

I finally got around to unloading all the video clips off my flip cam and uploaded them to youtube. Thank you AVE for taking control of my camera since I was too busy to film. These are very random clips of everything from food to the car show. BAM 9 was an amazing event and if you weren't there you missed out big time. Also, it's hard to tell how large the event was because the video only shows the very south end of the lot, what you can't see is the massive amount of cars that are behind the BBQ pits (out of view completely). Enjoy!

These are totally unedited and in their raw form. Chances are that you're probably at least in one of these clips since the AVE filmed everything so that people that weren't there could get an idea of what the event was like.

(I just put these up so they might still be processing, but they should all be uploaded fully by now).

PS: There were a couple people who were making fun of the fact that we gave away forged lug nuts as the car show prizes, but those lug nuts cost $110 for a set! That's really expensive and they are REALLY good lug nuts. I just wanted to clear that up since people thought we were being cheap.

Feel free to comment, etc.

I filmed the last 4-5 cuz Ave was too busy counting the votes. I felt honored. Sorry about the shaking. Haha. You can hear me on the last one when I asked AdamBombSTi "Hey, have one side blue and the other side pink."

Just to add, and once again thank all of you for showing up and making the event GREAT! The event was a GREAT success and was by far the best one of all time.

Believe it or not, but THREE people that hadn't planned on buying a subaru before attending BAM 9 actually went out and bought Subarus because they liked BAM so much. 3 cars sold because of our meet! How cool is that?

I've learned a lot in the last 9 years of putting this event on, and I def learned the most this year, I will use all my newly found knowledge to make next year's event even more amazing! We're going to have A LOT more sponsors and things will be organized differently now that I have a reliable staff of people who I can rely on and trust. Our location will remain the same since Stafford Lake was pretty much perfect for us, and I know it's a bit of a trek, but it's well worth it!

I'm also very proud to have been part of the charity raffle that we put together. We raised $2,500 for homeless dogs and cats, and without our amazing vendors we couldn't have pulled any of this off! Big huge thanks to our bay area vendors for making this all possible for us. I had so much fun and when I hear about how much fun other people had it makes me even happier. I know I can't make everyone happy, but that goes for anything you do in this world, you just have to focus on the positives.

I can't wait until next year's BAM X, it's going to be incredible! We're going to have far more raffle prizes and more vendors that sponsor us.

I want to also thank our amazing cooks for slaving away all day to feed us! Not only did you do the task, but you did it flawlessly! The food was absolutely AMAZING! I think out of all the compliments people have given me for the event, the majority of them are about the amazing food! I don't know how the hell you guys made that stuff taste so damn good! It probably helped that we had a professional chef and caterer behind the grill. The food def blew away all other years, not just by a little, but stomped all over previous years! That's how good the food was. The BBQ chicken was absolutely perfect.

Thank you guys for working so hard to make everyone happy. You did an amazing job and I wish there was more I could do to reward you. Perhaps next year I'll set aside some prizes to give to you guys for doing such a good job. You're def one of the most important roles of the event. Without you guys it would suck.

D-

Hahhah, yeah man, thank you for taking over. You did fine! It was nice to see you out that day, it wouldn't have been the same without Holland... You're an OG for our annual events, you're there every year.

AVE actually took more clips then these but they didn't turn out so well which is why I only put up the best ones. Some clips were just repetitive stuff that was on other clips so I just left them out. The flp camera that was being used takes really high quality video and the file sizes are HUUUUUUUGE! A 5 min clip is like 150mb, that's why I uploaded them to youtube instead of my personal website... My upload speeds for my site are slow as hell and I would have been uploading for a couple of days!

Big thanks to AVE and Holland for taking the time to video tape for us.

That FlipHD camera's audio quality's pretty good. When I was taping near the DJ booths, the music came out clear enough that it seemed as if we dubbed it over with the actual music. LOL. I was like, "I thought Daniel said there was no editing done?"

Also, the chicken was delicious.
