Solano BAM 2015 Caravan
UPDATE 07/26/2015: Fairfield Arrival and Departure Times have been edited. Please see revised times below.
Since BAM 2015 is a little over 2 weeks away, I figured I’d go ahead and get the caravan thread started for us. I have been informed by some locals that they will be volunteering at the event so I am aiming to get to Quarry Lakes around 10am.

Proposed Plan:
Meet at 8:00am at Starbucks by Costco in Fairfield (Located right at the 680/80 interchange).
Depart Starbucks at 8:30am for Quarry Lakes.
Address for Starbucks:
5121 Business Center Drive
Fairfield, CA 94534
(Note: Starbucks is located next to Bank of America on the far side of the Costco parking lot.)
Address for Quarry Lakes:
2100 Isherwood Way
Fremont, CA 94536
Proposed Route:
1. Take I-680 S
2. Exit onto CA-84 E and keep right towards Dumbarton Bridge
3. Turn Right on Niles Blvd.
4. Continue on Alvarado-Niles Rd.
5. Turn Left on Osprey Dr.
6. Turn Left on Quarry Lakes Dr. and arrive at destination
Please bring CASH for any of the following:
-$5 for parking (+$2 if you bring your dog)
-$20 if you do not buy a prepaid ticket
-$5 for the Benicia-Martinez Bridge toll booth (for the trip back to Solano if you don’t have FasTrak)
-$$ to purchase raffle tickets
-$$ you would like to donate to the charity

I have a blue track GC8.
It will be displayed at the car show as well.
i will try my best to get there by 9 but i have to trailer my car..if you guys want i we can all meet up.

Guys, I've updated the route. We're going to avoid Mission Blvd cause of all the lights and possibly busy traffic. Instead, we'll take Niles Blvd all the way up which runs parallel to Mission Blvd.
I've also been in contact with the Sac Caravan group. I am thinking about possibly leaving FF Starbucks around 9:15 hoping that we can merge the 2 groups together on 680. Anybody opposed to this?

im not sure when volunteers need to show up but i know any car show guys will have to be there early anyways so i would think with traffic if any, we should be able to meet up with them even if we leave at the original time...

Alright sounds like we should just stick with the original departure time. We'll take it easy the entire way down and if we do meet up with them on the freeway then awesome, but if not, no big deal.
I'll post on the FB event page to see if any non I-clubbers in the area are going.
