SFR SCCA Autox 7/27 Oakland

The SFR SCCA autox is this coming Sunday, July 27, at the Oakland Coliseum.

Run group order is here: Latest Event Info | San Francisco Region SCCA Autocross

Pre-registration is here: SFR Round 10 info on Jul 27, 2014 (693348) | MotorsportReg.com

Remember to pre-register so you only have to pay $40 to participate instead of the $50 onsite price. If you're not a member, you will need to pay an additional $15 for a weekend membership, which you can apply towards the annual SCCA membership.

If you want to run for fun and pre-register, there isn't a way to select fun. You will need to find a class in the morning groups where your car fits into and pre-register for that class. If anyone needs to know what class their car fits in to, feel free to ask me.

If you're running in the morning groups, be there no later than 8am to walk the course, grid your car, and check in for those that pre-registratered or to register onsite. If you're running in the afternoon groups, registration will close at noon.

I hope to see some of you out there!

@G_Ride: If I want to run for fun in both morning groups, should I register online for one and add the other one in person during check-in, or register for both online?

If you run you have to also work a run group, so you can't run in both morning groups, unless the chairs allow you to instead work two of the afternoon groups. At the very least, pre-register for one of the morning run groups in which your car can be classed in to. When you come to the event talk to the chairs and ask them if you can run in both morning run groups and work two of the afternoon groups. Your second set of runs will cost $25.

What about set-up and afternoon gate waiver?

EDIT: Scratch that... All the spots have been filled.

Catch: have to be at my house in union city by 6:30am on Sunday.

I don't think I have a co-driver in my car... Just throwing that out there.

Yeah he'll be traveling. I totally forgot.

If no one wants to drive my car there I'll co-drive with you, but I can only cover your fee, not your work.
