So now that the season is over I finally decided to admit that my body is jacked up. I went to the doctor and told him what happened.

I started P.T. today. Holy crap my body is not where it's suppose to be. My ribs are jacked up. My right arm barely functions. I have a jacked up muscle in my stomach. Essentially whole right side of my body is going... wtf dude... why'd you move us we were just fine.

Lady even said when I came in... left side injury. I said yeah. She said... yeah that whole side is forward of the other side. LOL!

So here's to busting hump with P.T. Getting my gym done and getting back in shape. I'm gonna come in to next season ready to rock and kick all your butts.

You think I'm doing alright for a fat dude... wait until I'm less fat. LOL!

Lord willing I can see the underside of 230 by next season. If I'm seeing 220's by next season I'll be stoked out of my mind.

Side note... I already got my season pass for next year so all you guys need to be ready to ride Bear Valley next year. And I want to plan a road trip. Either up the west coast or down. I want to do something like Hood/Baker/Bachelor. Or do Mammoth/June/China Peak.

I just want to get out of the area and ride a few resorts. And usually 1 or 2 of those come with the Snowbomb card.

Oh.... steve. You down to do trade? I'm gonna start doing shine. I'll trade you shine for beer when I'm done... and trust me... it'll be good. Got some trickery up my sleeve.

Well I propose we meet up at the snowbomb festival and pick a date then. I don't have a lot of vacation and I can't just bounce out on stuff like that without planning it carefully.

So lets get a head count and make it happen.

We could rent a suburban. Should be able to pack gear and 5-6 heads in there.

I'm sure Jordan would be in. So me. Jordan. You. Steve. Question would be what other 2 fruit loops would we pack in there. LOL!

Oh... and I'm still doing my annual trip and it'll be much better planned than this year. This season sucked. You haven't experienced the true annual yet. LOL!

Side note... is steve the only one that saw me hit the tree. I'm curious in all honestly what it looked like because as the day progresses I'm in a hell of a lot of pain after my P.T. apt. Isht not right. LOL!

Looks like both Steve's will be on board. LOL!

Splitting gas all way but Steve's. Man with the car don't pay gas!

I say we do this and we post up go pros on random picture mode and do a stop action of the whole damned trip.

Jordan has one. You have one. I'm going to get one. Justin if he comes has a contour for video. Etc. Trip be legit as hell!

I know an old pro up at Mt. Hood that I'm sure would be down to show us around.

Heads up

Just wanted to remind everyone that the snow bomb festivals are starting up next weekend.

https://www.eventbrite.com/e/2014-san-jose-ski-snowboard-festival-presented-by-snowbombcom-tickets-12870410745

I've never been to one of these before, really interested in the free lift tickets and a proper board set up. Hopefully one of the techs can put together my custom x, and I'll have my Santa Cruz duo for a tune up.

what do you need a tech to do that stuff for? Do it yourself.

Those festivals have gotten way to freakin expensive. This is the first year I won't be going in a while. I have zero interest. $10 is fine but what's the point. There's not that much there to actually see. $25 is cool because you get a couple passes but again... for me... what's the point. $50 to taste some beers is retarded.

Only way I'd go is to do it VIP style and that's just stupid expensive. Especially considering that the beers are more than likely going to be half krafts... aka I can buy them at safeway.

Bump because I'm waiting for some snow and I just finished tuning up my skis all sharp and waxed! I also repaired the base because I go off too many damn rails apparently.

I think in a week or two I'm going up to the cabin to get it ready for the winter.

Daddy's also making a shopping list for the season.

Right now it looks something like this...
Helmet. Either a Giro Discord or a matte black edit.
Goggles. Onset Black Torque and possibly Block Green Geode with Persimmon Blaz.
Burton Genesis Bindings.
Lib Tech... Either the Jamie Lynn Fundamental (162) or T Rice Pro HP (164.5)
Probably some burton pants and a jacket.

We'll see if I can get half of it. LOL!

Ha! Looks like I'm a couple days late bumping this thread to mention that the expo series is kicking off this weekend.

For 50% OFF on tickets, use one of the following links instead of the one Jacare posted:

San Francisco: Fort Mason, Nov 1 & 2

San Jose: Downtown San Jose Convention Center, Nov 8 & 9

Sacramento: Cal Expo Center, Nov 15 & 16
Note: The Sac tix are only $10 OFF.

Also, if you just want to walk around -- i.e. NO free lift ticket vouchers and NO wine/beer tasting (), there are options for FREE admission for exactly that in the above links.

FYI: The SF & SJ discount hook-ups are via www.snowpals.org, the Bay Area's largest snowsports community. I joined up probably around the time I got on the i-club train.

Oh yeah... that's quite a wishlist you got there, Ray!

And I'm confident that you'll find a way to score a new brain bucket.
