Snowbomb Snowshows (SnowBomb - Ski & Board Festivals) begin in just SIX weeks!
After talking with Ray yesterday, he's be down to go to the one at Ft. Mason in SF. That one is on Nov 5 & 6. Tickets can be had at 50% via this link: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/2016-sa...=SNOWBOMB50OFF
So it's ONLY $25 for event entry, comp lift tix and the unlimited beer tasting! Note: The tasting goes from 1 pm - 5pm.
I'm gonna wait to see how much the Snowbomb Platinum Pass will be this year cuz it typically includes some form of discount for their snowshows.

We've been going to the SF Snowbomb for the past couple years. Best year was when it was held at AT&T Park.

Selling a few things...
Forum Devun Walsh team boot. Size 11. $400 boot. It's a standard lace boot and it's quite a few years old but the boots themselves are brand new. Been sitting in my closet. $60
Vans Fargo boot. Boa system. Size 11. Few years old. $300+ boot. Boots themselves have like an hours worth of riding in them. I took like 2 runs and took em off. I have a wide foot and they didn't work out for me. $75
Lib Tech Travis Rice H.P. Size 164.5 point. It's a 2015 board but it's got like 1-2 days on it. Things pretty much brand new. Includes a vans shoe sole stomp pad if you want it or I can take it off and clean the deck. Think it's even waxed. Killer board but I'm looking to pick up a specific board and it'll replace this one in my quiver. Retail is over $600. IF you can find one they're still going for over $500. I'll sell this one for $400.
This is a professional level board. This thing is no joke. I'd honestly rather not sell it but I'm looking to replace it with 2 boards and I need some cash to pick up bindings to mate up to them.
I've got an older 162 reverse camber that I'm going to replace with a T.Rice Pro 161.
Then I'm going to replace this big dog with a pure powder board. Leaning toward a Jones Hovercraft.

Storm Chaser will be dope, so jealous if you get that lol!
I still got my Berzerker 163w in the plastic, can't wait for my first pow day on that thing.
Btw, looks like I'm rollin 4 deep so far to the TGR premier.. if anyone decides to go last minute drop me a line!

Yeah... Over the years I've come to realize that I usually have essentially the same board in 2 different sizes. One for every day. One for big pow days. But what I really want is a true dedicated pow board and an every day board.
I love my 164.5 and I'd love to keep it. It's KILLER in the steeps. But I can't afford to by the storm chaser unless I sell a board because I HAVE to get boots.

Man, if anyone out there is in the market for the gear Ray is selling, jump on it!
I know for a fact those Fargo boots are pristine. I'm guessing the same for those Forums, too.
And I'm sure the HorsePower 164.5 is in impeccable shape too. Here's a decent review on the 2016... Lib Tech Travis Rice Horsepower Pointy Snowboard Review. Per the reviewer, not much changed in the board from the previous year.
Killer deal cuz original MSRP was $697. Still new ones last sold at about $540 give or take an Andrew Jackson! HERE or HERE. So as Ray said, you're getting a SWEEEEEEEEET deal for only $400 with only a couple days of "mileage" on it.
Seriously, if you or anybody you know is in need of size 11 boots or a stellar pow stick in the 164 size range, you gotta get on this!

Oh, and for those like me who were waiting for the pricing on the Snowbomb Platinum Pass, you'll be disappointed....
Aww.... too bad, no SUPER sweet discount this year!
For those that aren't familiar with the Platinum Pass, it was an e-card that came with a TON of deals! (Way back in the day, it was simply called the Tahoe Card. And it was an actual plastic card, similar in size to an ID or credit card. )
And if you bought it prior to the snow expos, it came with a complimentary VIP pass for any of their 3 expos. It was the most bang for your buck around!
Paul, Sep 27, 11:45 AM PDT:
Hello,
Unfortunately, we will not be offering a Platinum Pass this season. Two of our resort partners opted out of the program this year. We did not feel there was enough value for our customers to offer a Platinum Pass as a result we do apologize.
Cheers,
Paul

Will you be offering a Platinum Pass this season? If so, when might we expect information and details?

I love the board but I really want the Storm Chaser and mamma won't let me buy a new board unless I sell this one.
When I put it on CL it'll be for $450-475. So i-club getting a $50-75 discount.
