Official: Mt. Hammy 2012

Alright people... the wait is over.

The annual event is officially going to be at Mt. Hamilton Joseph D. Grant County Park on Sept. 16th.

So there you go. It's locked and loaded. I will be contacting vendors with this date to get a list of who is looking to get involved. Along with that I will be contacting the volunteer teams and getting those organized along with food and music. As official details come in I will update this post.

Thank you Daniel for stepping up and taking care of this.

Check back here for updates or visit http://www.bayareameet2012.com/

So...

Any questions please email me at One2OneDesigns@gmail.com

If you would like to donate to the cause I'll be setting up a paypal address strictly dedicated to this event. We still have a lot of expenses to cover and I don't want it all put on the vendors... I plan on leaning on them for the raffle. Vendors, if you're interested in getting involved please email me at the above address.

I know some of you might not be able to make it or might just be interested in attending as attendees but you can still be a part of the sponsorship and or the raffle and get your logo on 500 shirts spread across the bay area. I've seen BAM/Hammy shirts and hoodies all over the state.

That is the plan. Still working out the details on how the shirt design will operate this year but I'm thinking old school.

Hell yes! Is everyone meeting up at the GreatMall parking lot and cruising over? Or will it be left up to the Caravaners to decide?
