The more volunteers the less time volunteers are stuck volunteering... so they can actually enjoy the meet a bit.
And you'll have a couple prizes raffled off JUST to the volunteers and a post meet wrap up bbq since some of us generally don't have time to eat during the actual event... let a lone enjoy a beer. LOL!

There's still time to sign up to volunteer on the Grill, Lunch Service, Clean-Up and Security teams. Please reply in Volunteer sign-up thread.
The more helping hands pitching in, the more easily we can maintain the fun & awesome vibe that BAM is!

Dang, it was hot out! Left around 1230 because I had some stuff to do so I couldn't stay for the raffle/food.
Took some quick shots with a 50mm, here's the album:

We're locking in on some dates but honestly we really have to wait until we can get a hold of time attack and formula drift dates. We'll do our best to avoid the other subaru and import meets but the most important ones are the track events so we can be sure GST and Snail and likely Works are available.

Since I was under the shade of the lunch pavilion for the 1st half of the day, I didn't realize how toasty it was until after lunch service was done.
Wowzers! Just checked accuweather, which shows a high of 90* for Sunday.

Is anyone going to make a thread about what they like/did not like or what they wish we had at BAM? Want to get some ideas for next year and get the ball rolling with SOA and Maita Subaru.

I will work on the Ambassador program getting involved too and hit up some of the other dealerships. They have not been very supportive thus far, though with so many of us, we were able to pool our stuff together and hand out a lot of stuff to people. Maita has been doing great things for this event!
Agree on a "what we'd like to see next year" thread.

I think it would be a great idea for folks to spend some time noting down what they would like to see happen again, not happen again, and possible new ideas.
I will spend some time on this myself. I only have a couple details based on helping with parking in the morning ("Hi, BAM2016 Parking Department, the car show is ready for you..").
For now, I will say that I was mostly struck by how impressed I was with the behavior and togetherness of Suby folks new and old. That may sound sappy, but for the whole time I was there, any time you looked around, you could see someone doing something - cleaning something up, fixing something, etc.
It's stuff like this - everyone working together - that makes these things great. I have a huge load of respect for all the work that went into this. Stepping back for a moment and looking at it, with the food prep and the BAMSWAG and the show, so much fun and it looks all grown up.
