Sucks we won't get to wear them that day but family first, so no worries.

I'm a bit pissed but what can you do. If it's that bad I can only hope the best for their family. It is what it is. I just hope everyone is o.k.

Trust me... I really didn't want to deal with the post office more than I had to.

We've got some hoodies and a few shirts left over. If you want them... same price as at bam. $20/40. I'll either deliver them or ship them. If I have to ship them you pay shipping but I won't charge you for my time. LOL!

I'm not to stoked on any of the zip ups getting sold to the general public. AA is missing 3 zip ups too. So now I have to try to figure out what to do.

Sorry about that, that was me. You should have mentioned you didn't want the zip ups sold; we would have left the box in the car.

I still have the medium with me in case that works for the one missing large, and we only had two L zip ups not including mine. I just washed mine but I'll give it back for someone. There are a few XL zip ups in there and maybe one or two smalls left.

I'm just glad you got your stuff. A couple of people's stuff seems to have gone side ways per the usual. You keep your stuff. At least it's one less person I need to worry about.

I'll get it figured out. I definitely didn't communicate very well with the shirt set up this year. Totally my fault. You did just fine judging by what went towards the donation. I'll continue to dial in the shirt situation year to year. I have some ideas for next year.

Make sure I am on the pre-sort next year (I can pick them up from the vendor if needed also, if we don't get them delivered) and I'll grab the list and bring my chromebook for the pickup while we're there. We used Gagan's chromebook and that worked out really well. We actually didn't have too many that came up wrong and we were able to get almost all of them sorted out. I delivered most of the vendor ones to them myself. Maybe we got shorted on zip ups? seems like there were very few larges.

I ended up just grabbing a medium zip up. I'll just have to always wash it in cold water and hang it to dry.

We used the spreadsheet when we sorted. We definitely got shorted on large zip ups. Shortage is normal. It's damn near impossible to figure out what's going to sell from year to year and how many of each size to over order. I've got a bunch of large hoodies sitting here... all pull overs.

Steve... I've got some XL's you can shrink up instead of trying to squeeze in a medium. LOL!

I've got to go through what I have left and find my list of what we were missing. It's around here somewhere in the 7 boxes of crap in my office. LOL!

Motivation to lose weight hahaha. I do fit into the medium just hope no one ever tosses it in the dryer, or else I'll be singing "fat guy in a little coat"

I have Quiksilver T.Rice zip in a size Large that I've been trying to shrink for sometime now and the b**** wont shrink lol. Swear they made the large fit like an XL for all the park rats.

So I dont know if I were to get a XL if it would shrink down that much
