That or maybe Philly will since the Sanchize is not the answer and they already soured on Foles before he got hurt. Kelly also knows Mariotta best and recruited him over Manziel along with others.

Tamp Bay is gonna want him so the only way to get him will be to jump to that number 1 spot.
Wouldn't be surprised to see the Browns try and trade up to land a starting DE. They've got 3 first rounders. They could easy trade up.
Bengels aren't gonna pick until the 20-24 area. By that time the top 3 QB's will be gone so if they want a QB they HAVE to trade up. Only way they're gonna trun that first round pick into a top 4 pick is gonna be by loosing someone or trading they're whole damned draft and either could benefit Oakland.
AJ Green or Bernard are really the only chips they've got and the Raiders could use either one... but they could also draft a quality RB EASILY in this draft and there's a couple WR that are instant starters too.
If Dalton stinks it up all year I could see Cinci tossing half their draft at Oakland to get that number one spot. That would give Oakland quite a few picks.
But Reggie isn't gonna put his *** on the line by trading out of a number 1 pick. He'll go DE.
