I don't have him on my team, but Rivers is having his down turn. He always has a hot trend then a down trend. He's definitely gotten cold.

I'm hoping for a big scoring game tonight. If by miracle, Randle and Allen can get a little over 25 points each I can eek out a win.

And yea, Cowboys sitting Romo and hoping they can stay competitive in the East, not working out so well.

Sucks it has to be you facing him, but I've been holding on to him in 6 leagues for months now. In a couple I really need him to shine, not so much in this league though.

I went 6-2 this week, including this gem:

I started that league 0-4 and it has 14 people. I'm now 7th and working my way up.

So that puts me at 1st, 1st, 1st, 2nd, 6th, 7th, 7th & 9th. So I think 6 playoff teams are possible.

Don't buy into the hype. Peterson won't play this season. Goodell still hasn't issued out a suspension for him. Media would tear the Vikings and NFL a new one if they let him play after suspending Ray for the full season and Aldon 9 games for what they consider are lessor offenses.

I think the pictures tell enough of the story, but so many people support him in his whipping ways, you never know.

Considering his offense is a Misdemeanor, I doubt he'd suspend him for the remainder of the season. If he did, that would be an overreaction.

And yes Gagan, I will roll the dice and sacrifice a roster spot to hold on to him. Can't hurt anyway.

Aldon charges were also pleaded down to misdemeanors. If you have a roster spot, by all means grab him. You have to remember Vikings didn't want to suspend Peterson until their sponsors strong armed them. I doubt they'd want to commit PR suicide a second time especially when Vikings have minimal chance of making the wild card.

I will admit I was wrong about holding on to Gordon. Didn't think he would play this year either.

He got 9 games for 2 offenses. DUI and illegal weapons. So that's a Substance Abuse issue (4 games) and a personal conduct issue (5 games). Being that Peterson has already missed 8 games and the 6 game suspension is what is now the standard, he "could" reinstate him right away, time served.

The bigger issue with Peterson, was his admission of smoking weed while not playing. But I'm 1-8, I'll take any chance to get some freakin wins.
