NOT a very exciting vid, just proof of more progress. The car is driveable (and not at all street legal ) and currently features a passenger seat-accessible ECU! I'm currently designing the entire wiring harness on the computer. More updates soon...

Here's the new car for the stable Its huge (Comparable to a Mini, which is not saying much). maybe we could fit a turbo'd v8 in the back.. cause its gigantic 850 cubic centimeter engine is just a tad bit too small. Althought your engine is just a little bigger ) plus it may have 1 or 2 more horses than the 850 LoL Hopefully getting the container on the sea this month.

Nice work Joe! Have to check it out when I am back in town.
What steering rack are you running on there?
I guess I miss my car, but really I think I miss the idea of it more. Maybe I will get another one some day but most likely not.

I'm running a stock LHD quick-ratio Mini rack. Nothing special.

FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It took a long time at the bodyshop but then again, this car needed extensive work. Lots of sheetmetal replaced - front fenders, front panel, rear quarters, rear valence, and door skins.
The quality of the paintjob is pretty high:
I wanted to do a bright green (seriously considered 70's Porsche Viper green at one point) but finally settled on this. Red w/ white roof would have been an easy choice but its just a little too common for my tastes.
Now onto the final assembly....
