Nice restaurant in San Francisco with a good view?

Our 1 year anniversary is coming up and i don't know jack about restaurants in the city. She wants to go to equinox but i just read the reviews and they're pretty bad. Any recommendations would be appreciated. I know there are some of those boat restaurants too that take you around the bay. Basically any place with a nice view and good food. Any ideas?

Away from san francisco is fine too. Theres grandview in san jose but with the recent weather i've been avoiding it.

A good restaurant with a view is http://www.greensrestaurant.com/

I'm not vegetarian but my wife is and the food was great. When we went, we watched the sunset during dinner. Congrats on your 1 year anniversary. Its not too late to leave. Nearly 7 years here and I'm only 27 ouch.

The Marine Memorials restaurant has a nice view as well.

Bella Vista on skyline is gret food and great veiws...it's a bit of a drive but it's worth it for the souffle alone.

This place is pretty cool. I was just there on Saturday. We jam down on bikes, get beer'd and then ride a little slower back. Good fun. The garlic fries will keeel you. Great beer and snacks for sure. On a sunny day it's tops.

I have been meaning to check out this place for a while: http://www.thevansrestaurant.com... Maybe I will have a review after the weekend. Supposed to have a great view..

Cityscape. It's on top of the Hilton. Ask for a window seat. View is incredible. Food is above average, but you are paying for the view really.

Daniel

P.S. That's funny, it took me a year to make my first post.
