**** that bill, the guy I use to machine can't mill anymore right now because of that. Need to do a couple more 80's.

Technically, isnt he not supposed to do it anyways? Like one of the stipulations of the 80% was that YOU yourself were to do it?

Yes, letter of the law, you have to do it yourself. It usually is a shop that allows you to use their gear and shows you how, but you are supposed to physically do it. That's irrelevant to the law now though, so we need to be fighting this one.
