I was planning on purchasing a Colt 6920 a few months ago when they were around $1000-1200 and I just checked a week ago or so and saw them hovering around $1800-2200.

I hope it blows over soon.

I went to a shop yesterday. Polish AKs were $1,700 and all the ARs were between $2,500 and $3,600.

HA! no thanks, I could make one for quite a bit cheaper. Or have one made rather, I am not the best machinist but I know a guy. . .

Surrender weapons? You need to read this: 2nd Amendment And The Kool-Aid Drinkers by Paul Howe

I recently moved to WA and the local shops didn't raise their prices on bullets or AR's but stuff sold out in a matter of a couple days. I was buying PMC 20 round boxes up here for $7 a box or $349 for 1000 rounds, Cheaperthandirt.com had the same ammo at $8 that same day, then next day it was $12.19. I hate it when people start taking advantage of these situations to make an extra buck.

AK consignments at another shop I tried were $800 for a WASR. That's double what it's worth.

Also for the people who don't care for guns or think guns are bad/evil.

check out the primary arms red dot then. I have one that was on my ar and has then been on countless friends guns and many of my other guns and I have had no problems with it what so ever.
