Exclamation Help! 2002 Forester Suspension Questions

So, just picked up a nice 2002 Foz and am wondering what wrx or sti suspensions work? Direct bolt on? I want to lower it a bit, any help is appreciated. Anyone willing to sell their stock setup?

I'm almost positive you can use WRX struts. Even stock ones will lower your Fozzy 1.5-2".

Get on the sf.org forum and spend a few days reading.

Hey there Hobo, congrats on picking up an SF. I just got mine a few months ago. I have 04 wrx struts on my 01. From what I have read, 02-07 wrx struts are direct bolt on, but here's the link from SF.org

I just ordered coils for my 06 wrx and would probably be looking to sell my stock struts and springs

I assume the knuckle holes would be different.

I cant remember but i think either the fronts only will work or the rears only.

Biklok is the guy to ask but i seldomly see him.

I also think you need the spacer in the rear to avoid saggy butt

That's more appearance than anything IMO. I thought that too when I lowered my FXT, but it is just the shape of the rear fender well.
