I just got a letter from SOA about my ham sandwich.
Apparently, there is a defect in the mayonnaise which, although not dangerous, could give customers an unpleasant feeling when consumed.
Although it isn't a recall, they are offering a free upgrade to a newer batch of mayonnaise to remedy this problem.
