Couple minutes measuring and some more transferring it into solidworks and i have my straight lengths, bend angles, start of bends,etc... then a couple minutes transferring those to tubing and then bending and I have a main hoop that fits nicely in one shot.

Got my intake tubing back from powdercoating that i made from the previous page. Definitely different from what i usually run but i think the color came out very nice, and in person in the sun the color is amazing.

And once I do the egr and make a new intake bridge I'll have more room for to be able to redo my turbo inlet (with the clearance dent) and make it one without the clearance dent so that everything can flow and look great.

I think the injector issues are way in the past in the older lb7 motor. I have the lmm which is supposed to be one of the better motors. I did exhaust and a tuner and it woke up quite a bit.

Oh you did? LOL duramax ftw. And they fixed the injector issues in 04.5+. Too bad I have an 04. Have changed the injectors once so far. What a pain

Ya the duramax is very nice. Bought a white '08 extended cab short bed w/ towing package, z71 package. Took forever to find a nice short bed extended cab not many of those rolling around duramax equipped.

I'm still searching everyday for a trailer, might drive to Reno this week and grab one.

Short bed extended cab? Might as well buy an avalanche, cause that's not a real truck!!

It will tow just as good as a crew cab or long bed setup. Bed is large enough to put anything I would need to in it. Besides I need something semi light so I can pull several car lengths on your Suby !!
