You have to get a tune regardless. E85 will raise some limitations of your current setup and shouldn't require more than larger injectors and re-tune. You can run more boost and temperatures should be lower, win/win. Wait for better availability or try it now and live with lack of it (carry large can, be able to switch to 91 if absolutely needed).
FWIW, could not 100% apply as every setup is different, but when I had the XT and switched to EL MadDad header, my powerband shifted to the right -- probably not best thing for autocross. I gained power though, and it sounded much nicer. It had a VF43 and stock injectors.

Checkout Aquamist, they make a nice kit and have great customer support. I'm pretty happy with their kit right now. I'm running a 5 gallon baffled tank that helps with the sloshing.
In the past I've also had 2 Coolingmist kits. The first one worked fine so I went with them again on a different car. The second time around I had to contact their customer service on some problems and thats when it all fell apart for me. Such a bad experience trying to get things resolved, not returning calls, I eventually got fed up and switched over to Aquamist.

One more vote for 50/50 water/ methanol injection. A properly installed Aquamist setup would be great. The new systems are so easy to install. You'll get a nice boost in performance without sacrificing the requirements of daily driver, quick spool and AutoX friendly powerband. It will give you a little more headroom on your current injectors as well. If you're going full stealth mode the entire system can be hidden in the trunk behind the current intercooler sprayer tank. I actually utilized my ic spray tank for the WI system. But as you are on a tmic you'll probably wish to maintain that as is. Jeff at Howerton Engineering is a Aquamist dealer and has many tank options as well..

It seems like you already have a nice setup. I will put in my .02 I would stay away from EL Headers I dont have any personal experiece but what I have read on the interwebs it will shift power to the right which is bad for auto cross.
I think with all your supporting mods I would say E-85 first but you dont like that route. Sounds pretty much like meth is really your only option.
Are you on stock top mount? has Mike said you can make more power on a bigger one?
I would say
1) Meth
2) Larger Top Mount
3) 18G XTR
