Yuck. That does sound like an east coast summer unfortunately. Spring and fall are the best seasons out there. Still amazed how cheap that property is to rent though!

Did not get as much as predicted. It was all media hype! Only about 4 inches. I absolutely went out to a big parking lot. During the warmer months I spent a little time driving around looking for ones with out anything to hit!
