Cobb Accessport V3 Gauges and roof vinyl shop
This might not be the best place for this thread but I kind of did a search and couldn't find anything. I'm curious to know if the gauges on the AP V3 would work without marrying it. Or does it need to be married first before the gauges reads properly?
Second, unrelated question, is anyone have shop/person recommendations for redo-ing roof vinyl? I need the existing vinyl removed and then new one put on.

5 min phone call to cobb could have sorted that out. So youd rather buy a accessport for the purpose of gauges even tho a used defi set could be had for the same price?
Things that make you go hmmmmm......

LOL, I know it doesn't make a whole lot of sense. It's somewhat part laziness to install gauges and part future proofing by having the AP to tune later. But I don't want to marry it just yet for warranty purposes.
