Mine came back on Saturday, so that was close to a week and a half. Took it to the dealer, they said everything was functioning fine and just cleared the code. But if it does come back, then they'll start replacing parts.

Alright... so here's an update...
Start the car and backed out the driveway when CEL came on. Drove like a block before I decided I should pull the code and see what's going on. Stepped out the car and heard a loud leaf blower like noise. Popped the hood and the secondary air pump sounded like it was running at max and starting to smoke so I turned off the car but the pump was still runnning. In a state of panic, I pulled the battery then worked on disconnecting the air pump. I didn't even get a chance to pull the code since I cleared it once I pulled the battery. DOH!
Just talked to dealer and if there isn't a CEL, they won't really look at it. This kinda sucks since I don't want the damn car to catch fire Lamborghini style if that pump really decides to go up in smokes (maybe?). I'll try to talk with the service advisor that helped me last time since he isn't in today.

I decided to try to pull the code anyways even though the CEL is gone. It's showing P0410 - secondary air injection system fault. Let's see if dealer will do anything with it.

The dealer should be able to turn the pump on and the valves on to see if they operate, don't need to see a code to do that but yes we would like to see a code if you come in complaining about a CEL. Usually I find the valves get rusted and stuck open/closed because water gets inside. We usually recommend replacing the 2 valves and air pump all in one go since water can circulate everywhere and cause all of it to seize up. Good luck

Got the air pump changed out under warranty and found out us Californians have extended warranty on emissions. I believe it's 7yr/70K but I may be off about the mileage.
