Right now on Fremont blvd near target at the hub, saw a white gr hatch with gold sti wheels lowered and Iclub/ illest sticker on the back. Looked like plate said something along the lines of "tomka". Then also, right now in the target parking lot, white bugeye sedan, looks like it has Sti badges, Sti fog covers, rear spats, and prodrive wheels. Also has a huge dent on the passenger fender.
