Simply put... order now.

The deadline is quick approaching and it may shorten as soon as the quotes and deadlines come in from the vendors.

I'd consider the deadline today just to be safe.


Attendees.
Black hoodies. Black shirts. Blue and cream graphics.

$15 shirts.
$35 hoodies.

Price goes up $5 on each day of the event to $20 and $40.

Vendors.
$10 shirts. Either one.
$30 hoodies. Either one.

Prices go up $5 day of.

Team leads. $10 for the blue shirts. If you feel like it... buy an extra one to give to your favorite volunteer.


Vendors... the extra X's are free.

Attendees. the extra X's over XXL are $2 each.

Depends on what is available the day of. Usually not all that much. No more than a handful of each size and they sell really fast.

Gets your orders in people. Do not sleep on this. If you do there's a very very slim chance you'll get anything the day of. I think we were sold out of a good portion of the stuff well before lunch last year. 50 units costs a lot of money but goes really fast when you're talking about hundreds of people.
